2025 CMN Holiday Basket Raffle

What: Each year, departments at Emplify Health by Gundersen, local businesses and individuals create and donate a basket(s) for our Holiday Basket Raffle, benefiting Children’s Miracle Network. For the first two weeks of December, you can find all Holiday Baskets at the locations below. One raffle ticket is $1 and you can put your raffle ticket in the bucket of the Holiday Basket you’d like to try and win. You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like for $1 each. Winners will be drawn and announced on Monday, December 15.

CMN Holiday Basket Raffle Locations:

Monday, December 1 – Onalaska Clinic
Tuesday, December 2 – Onalaska Clinic
Wednesday, December 3 – Onalaska Clinic
Thursday, December 4 – Holiday Market at the La Crosse Clinic
Friday, December 5 – La Crosse Clinic (until 2pm) then Gundersen Medical Foundation Holiday Social (until 7:30pm)
Monday, December 8 – La Crosse Clinic
Tuesday, December 9 – La Crosse Clinic
Wednesday, December 10 – La Crosse Clinic
Thursday, December 11 – La Crosse Clinic
Friday, December 12 – La Crosse Clinic

Why: All of the funds that are raised will help kids in our area with healthcare needs. It’s a wonderful fundraiser each year for CMN Hospitals. This year alone, we have supported hundreds of grants and requests for our area.

Want To Help: If you, your department or your business would like to participate, please email abby.ryan@emplifyhealth.org with your department name and the number of baskets you are putting together by Friday, November 21, 2025. All baskets can be delivered to the Gundersen Medical Foundation building at 201 Third St N, La Crosse, WI.

Guidelines for Holiday Baskets

Before you deliver your basket, email Abby the following information:
❄ A list of every item in your basket, including amounts for gift cards
❄ Total value of your basket – must be under $600 for tax purposes
❄ Department name as you’d like it listed on signage – your department is recognized as the basket donor (or individual name)
❄ Optional – name of your basket for signage

Please ensure all items are not expired or used. Alcohol may be included in your basket. We will inform the winner that they’ll need to provide proof of 21 years of age. DO NOT wrap your basket. CMN will take care of wrapping them in clear wrap for the raffle.
