Bring Health & Hope to Kids with Dairy Queen June 1-July 27

Throughout the year, Dairy Queen fans demonstrate commitment to creating memorable moments and making a difference in how Gundersen Health System, a member hospital of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, cares for kids. Dairy Queen doesn’t just have food and treats that put a smile on your face – DQ creates meaningful moments for kids and families in our community.

Participating Dairy Queen locations invite you June 1-July 27 to buy a balloon and provide needed funds for local member hospitals to help bring health and hope for kids treated in and around La Crosse, Wis.

Children are at the center of everything we do and building a strong foundation for their tomorrow needs to start today. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals see what the future can be, and with support from you and Dairy Queen, we can ensure that it becomes a reality.

Your donations help Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals support the health of kids like Silas, a child with Down syndrome.

Silas weighed just 3 pounds, 14 ounces when he was born. At 3 days old, he needed emergency care for dilated intestines and low oxygen levels. He spent the first six weeks of his life in the NICU as he battled several complications.

Gundersen and CMN Hospitals have been part of Silas’ journey, which has included several surgeries, since he was an infant. Donations provided Silas’ parents will meal vouchers and gas cards to assist with travel during hospital stays, and CMN Hospitals now assists with the music therapy that Silas loves.

Stop at a participating Dairy Queen and give during June and July so that Gundersen can continue to ensure our children lead healthy, fulfilling lives, while also bringing joy and happiness tomorrow.
