Dip It For Kids Returns in 2022

Dairy Queens across the country are using their Free Cone Day to help kids. March 21 is Free Cone Day at participating DQs, and many of those restaurants are sweetening the deal.

You can have your free cone dipped in chocolate for just $1, and those funds will be donated to your local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. The DQs in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Caledonia, Minn., are participating in Dip It for Kids. Their funds will be donated to CMN Hospitals at Gundersen Health System.
